The Joy of Missions is a collection of nearly forty true stories from the mission field. Dr. & Mrs. Flay Allen (joined early on by three daughters) spent over fifty years preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ on three continents, primarily in three countries—Mexico, Chile, and Spain. God gave brother Allen a very healthy sense of humor, which was soon appreciated by everyone who met him! Those of us who know him will not be surprised to find out that his joyful, optimistic outlook on life came through in all of these delightful anecdotes. They will undoubtedly bring out many smiles while putting on display God’s gracious and loving dealings with some of His chosen servants. Enjoy!
